  • Recommend nearby activities and venues;

  • Send transactional communications and, when consented, marketing;

3. Event Chat, Reports, and Moderation Data

To operate group event chat safety features, we process message and moderation-related data, including:

  • Chat messages and metadata (event ID, sender ID, timestamps);
  • Message reactions and reply relationships;
  • User reports about messages (reason and optional details);
  • Moderation actions and statuses (e.g., reviewing, dismissed, resolved, message removal).

We process this data to provide chat functionality, prevent abuse, enforce community rules, and protect users and platform integrity.

4. Legal Basis

We process data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent where required.

5. Sharing

We may share data with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, and operational partners - always under appropriate contracts and security measures. We do not sell personal data.

Sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
