Refund Policy

This Policy defines the criteria for refunds on subscriptions and activity registrations, in accordance with applicable law and standard industry practices.

1. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are not refunded on a prorated basis for time already used;
  • In cases of erroneous or duplicate charges, we will issue a full refund after verification;
  • Promotions and discount codes are non-refundable.

2. Activities and Events

  • If an organizer cancels the event, the amount paid must be refunded to the participant;
  • If a participant cancels within the window defined by the organizer (when applicable), a full refund or credit may be issued;
  • Payment processing fees may affect refund timelines.

3. Timelines

Once a refund is approved, the credit timeline depends on the payment method - typically 3 to 10 business days for card payments. A receipt will be provided when applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit your request through the app or at support@sportshubgo.com, including your account email, transaction ID, and reason. Our team will review it within 3 business days.
