Cancellation Policy
This Policy defines the rules for canceling subscriptions and activity registrations on the Sports Hub Platform.
1. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account settings;
- Access remains active until the end of the current paid cycle;
- Cancellations are not retroactive: no partial refund is issued for time already used, unless required by law.
2. Activities and Events
- Each activity may have its own cancellation rules set by the organizer (notice windows, penalties, waitlist policies, etc.);
- If an organizer cancels an event, any amount paid by participants must be refunded, subject to payment processing timelines;
- No-shows without prior cancellation may result in penalties (e.g., reduced priority on waitlists).
3. Force Majeure
Disruptions due to severe weather, venue unavailability, or safety concerns may result in cancellations without liability to either party. In those cases, we will seek fair resolutions (rescheduling, credit, or refund by the organizer as applicable).
